We are a hands-on private equity house investing in all sectors in the lower mid-market, with a particular interest in Business Services and Healthcare. We are open to majority and minority investments mainly in companies in the UK and Ireland, usually investing between £10 and £20 million in any one transaction. Buy and build opportunities in fragmented sectors are of particular interest.
We partner with growing businesses who are leaders in their niche, in the UK and Ireland lower mid-market. In practice this means investing £10 to £20 million in companies making between £2 and £7 million across all sectors.
We have a flexible investment approach, looking at each opportunity on a case by case basis and tailoring our approach accordingly. We recognise that every business is different, and work closely with businesses to structure deals to meet the needs of all stakeholders.
