Lonsdale has completed the sale of CJ Fallon Limited to Levine Leichtman Capital Partners and Company Management.
CJ Fallon is a leading provider of educational materials in both print and digital formats to primary and secondary schools in Ireland. The company was founded in 1927 and under Lonsdale ownership completed a bolt-on acquisition of Celtic Press in April 2014.
