We work together with our portfolio companies to manage environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues. This means we assess businesses even before we invest to make sure they will be a good fit for us. This identifies any potential material issues, which are assigned specific management actions to be incorporated into the post investment plan. We take a Board seat for all our investments and use our influence to monitor ESG matters at senior levels of the business. We are committed to reviewing our approach to ESG regularly to ensure we remain at the forefront of best practice.
