Lonsdale Capital Partners is pleased to announce it has successfully provided additional equity investment into its portfolio business Infrata . Lonsdale was supported by both existing investors as well as new institutional investors.
This additional equity investment follows on from Lonsdale’s initial investment in Infrata in April 2022. Infrata has grown considerably since our initial investment, making great progress on its key strategic objectives set out by the management team. Over the last year, Infrata has grown its presence in North America and continental Europe significantly, as well as increasing activity in key sectors & service lines including Airports, Ports and ESG.
Infrata recently won the IJGlobal award for Technical Advisor of the year in North America, this was for its work on a number of projects including JFK Terminal 1 and Ferrocarril Central.
We are delighted to make our additional equity investment in Infrata. The Company has made great progress over the last year and we look forward to working further with Alonzo, Valery and team.
